Program Staff

Amy Ho manages the overall program operations, focusing on identifying ways to enhance and expand the training program.  Her responsibilities include:

• working with the Director and Steering Committee on an annual basis to solicit anonymous feedback and suggestions for improvement of the program 
• developing and putting resources into place to make it easier for industry partners to post opportunities and for trainees to find them
• assisting with programming, communications, and stewardship of industry affiliates
• building a training grant community that spans across the years, to join current trainees with alumni
