Wilson Sinclair

My research primarily focuses on therapeutic design for tuberculosis treatment. To do so, I use chemical tools to probe the changes in cellular glycosylation of the pathogen and host during infection. I am also adapting a rapid diagnostic test to enable high throughput screening of new antibiotics for drug resistant tuberculosis treatment.
